About This Opportunity

The Lambeth Wellbeing Fund is a small grants programme supporting community groups to improve health and wellbeing for adults across Lambeth. This programme is part of a continued partnership with NHS Southeast London and the Public Health Directorate of Lambeth Council involving Lambeth CCG's 'Project Smith' and Lambeth Together, contributing to the Lambeth Health and Wellbeing Strategy. The fund encourages community-led solutions that build on local skills and knowledge to improve health and wellbeing, reduce isolation, and increase community inclusion and cohesion. Projects must align with priority 'I' statements from the Southwark and Lambeth Integrated Care Citizens Board and address the Wheel of Wellbeing (Be Active, Keep Learning, Give, Connect, Take Notice, Care). Funding is targeted toward adults (18+) in Lambeth, with priority given to groups including people with long-term health conditions, isolated elderly, carers, LGBTQ+ communities, people of colour, refugees and asylum seekers, and those focused on men's health. Projects must demonstrate community need, work in partnership with local organisations, and engage those not currently accessing services. Individual residents or community groups can apply with the support of a 'nurture organisation' that holds the funding.
