About This Opportunity
The Large Group Grant scheme is designed to assist charities and community groups (constituted and not-for-profit organisations with charitable aims) to undertake projects to improve the quality of life and life chances of residents within the Stratherrick and Foyers Community Council area. Grants over £25,000 are available under this program. The funding supports projects across multiple categories including Education and Lifelong Learning, Transport, Health and Wellbeing, Heritage and Culture, Environment, and Regeneration/Housing. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis with four advertised grant deadlines throughout the year. SFCT Directors sit as a panel to decide funding allocation. Applications are assessed by SFCT assessors, then sent to SSE for comment/approval. Final assessment completed by SFCT assessors and presented to Board for final decision.
