Laurence Decore Awards for Student Leadership

The Laurence Decore Awards for Student Leadership recognizes undergraduate students in Alberta who have demonstrated significant involvement and accomplishments in student leadership activities. Selection is based on participation in student government, student societies, clubs or organizations at the institutional, provincial, or national level, or involvement in non-profit community organizations. Applicants must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or protected persons who are Alberta residents and enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program. The award provides $1,000 to support students who have shown exceptional leadership and community engagement while maintaining satisfactory academic standing at their post-secondary institution.
