About This Opportunity

The L.E. Frances Druce Award in Science is an award given to one or more women graduate students in the Faculty of Science at the University of Victoria. Preference is given to students with demonstrated financial need. The award amount varies and is assigned based on nominations from eligible academic units. Approval of recipients is made by the Faculty of Graduate Studies Graduate Awards Committee upon the recommendation of the Faculty of Science. Normally, the minimum requirement for consideration is an A- average, and unless otherwise noted, applicants must be full-time graduate students.
