Leksehjelptilskudd for frivillige organisasjoner

Oslo Municipality offers grants to nonprofit and voluntary organizations for providing homework assistance programs for elementary school students during the 2025-2026 school year. A total of 3 million NOK is allocated for this program. The Municipality aims to partner with up to five nonprofit organizations that have competence and experience in providing homework assistance. The program requires that services be open to all students regardless of gender, ethnicity, and religion, and that they maintain high quality standards. Organizations must have value-neutral premises with internet access and demonstrate proper recruitment, competency assessment, and follow-up procedures for homework helpers. All homework helpers must have valid police certificates and completed upper secondary education or equivalent. Grant recipients will receive unannounced visits and spot checks at least once per school year to ensure compliance with program standards.
