Leo Moser Gold Medal in Mathematical and Statistical Sciences

The Leo Moser Gold Medal in Mathematical and Statistical Sciences is awarded in odd-numbered years to a student with superior academic achievement convocating from either the Specialization or Honors program in Mathematical or Statistical Sciences. The recipient will be the student with the highest academic achievement in the final two years of studies. This is an endowed award established by Ron and Marcia Bercov and administered through the Faculty of Science at the University of Alberta. Students are automatically considered for this medal based on their completed General Application, making it a merit-based recognition of outstanding academic performance in mathematical and statistical sciences.
