Linda Diane Rock Memorial Scholarship Fund

The Linda Diane Rock Memorial Scholarship Fund was established in 1979 by William C. Rock to support students at the University at Buffalo who are majoring or minoring in French, Spanish, or Italian and are studying abroad. The scholarship gives preference to students studying abroad for a full academic year, though students enrolled in one semester programs, summer programs, or short-term programs may also be considered in that order of preference. This award provides financial assistance to language students seeking international educational experiences. Applicants may be asked to submit additional materials by the academic department as part of the selection process.
