Linda Rupp Memorial Scholarship

The Linda Rupp Memorial Scholarship is awarded to currently enrolled returning adult students who are 25 years of age or older at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. This scholarship recognizes the commitment and determination of non-traditional students who have completed at least one semester at UWM with strong academic performance. Applicants must have completed one semester at UWM with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher and must be enrolled at least half-time. Demonstrated financial need is required. The scholarship gives preference to students pursuing their first bachelor's degree. The scholarship provides $2,000 in financial support to help returning adult students continue their educational journey. Applicants are asked to describe the circumstances that led to their delayed start or interruption in college, as well as their readiness to continue their education.
