This one-time award of £1000 is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students enrolled at accredited institutions in the UK, USA, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, or France. Applicants must submit a 500-700 word essay on topics related to gluten-free living, digestive health, or food innovation, including practical innovations for reducing gluten exposure, enzyme science applications, food labeling clarity, or inclusive dining solutions. The scholarship funds may be used for tuition, books, computers, housing, or other education-related expenses.
