The Little Helpers €1000 Scholarship supports the next generation of scientists and health leaders studying fields related to digestive health and gluten research. This scholarship is designed for students enrolled in or accepted to full-time undergraduate or postgraduate programmes at accredited institutions in the UK, USA, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, or France. Applicants must be studying nutrition, food science, chemistry, biology, dietetics, public health, or closely related fields. The scholarship seeks students who demonstrate curiosity or involvement in gluten-free living, digestive health, or food innovation. Applicants must submit a 500-700 word essay on topics related to gluten-free living, enzyme science, food labeling clarity, or inclusive eating for people with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity.
