About this opportunity
The purpose of the LK Law Scholarship is to empower and support two master's student to undertake research work within the Wardliparingga Aboriginal Health Equity Theme at the South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute (SAHMRI). This $10,000 scholarship offers a unique and flexible placement opportunity to work alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander researchers, fostering collaboration and enhancing cultural understanding. Tailored to the recipient's interests and studies, the scholarship provides the chance to engage in innovative research projects that contribute to meaningful outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. Wardliparingga, offers a flexible and culturally respectful working environment. Awarded to each recipient for one year, this experience will enable the recipient to gain invaluable skills, broaden their professional networks, and help advance knowledge that respects and uplifts Indigenous voices.
