About This Opportunity

Applications are invited for an LLM Research Scholarship at Te Piringa Faculty of Law, University of Waikato. The successful candidate will work with Professor Claire Breen on a Marsden-funded project, 'Protecting Children's Bodily Integrity and Human Rights.' This interdisciplinary research explores intersex human rights and healthcare, with a focus on protecting children's bodily integrity and advancing human rights law. This scholarship provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to impactful research, develop advanced legal expertise, and work closely with leading scholars in the field. The scholarship is particularly encouraging applications from students who are intersex or have a variation of sex characteristics, Māori students, and Pacific students.
