Lloyd and Virginia Thompson/NAPA Research and Education Foundation Civil Engineering Scholarship

The Lloyd and Virginia Thompson/NAPA Research and Education Foundation Civil Engineering Scholarship is awarded to students majoring in civil engineering, construction management or construction engineering at North Dakota State University. Recipients must maintain a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA and demonstrate financial need. Eligibility is restricted to residents of North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota or Montana. Applicants must have successfully completed or be currently enrolled in CE303 (Civil Engineering Materials), or CME 301 (Construction Technology and Equipment). The scholarship gives preference to students with an interest in the paving industry as demonstrated by work experience or career goals. This scholarship supports students pursuing careers in civil engineering and related construction fields, particularly those interested in asphalt paving and highway construction industries.
