Local Community Spaces Fund

The Local Community Spaces Fund supports grassroots community groups throughout the UK to transform spaces at the heart of their local communities. The fund provides financial support to repair, renovate, and develop accessible community spaces that serve as lifelines for local people. These spaces enable communities to meet, be together, and address loneliness and isolation—which have been identified as top concerns through the Asda Foundation's Community Insight Survey. The fund helps create safe and welcoming community hubs that bring people together, connect communities, and deliver vital activities and services. Since 2022, the Asda Foundation has invested over £3.75 million in community hubs and will continue supporting these spaces in 2026.
