About This Opportunity

The University of Sydney Business School Local Industry Placement Program Scholarship supports high-achieving students enrolled in a Local Industry Placement Program who experience financial hardship. Established in 2016, this scholarship is funded by the University of Sydney Business School to enrich the student experience and promote the profile of the Local Industry Placement Program. The scholarship provides financial support to students undertaking an approved unpaid placement during the semester as part of their coursework degree. Recipients must be enrolled in the unit of study BWIL2100 or BWIL6100 and demonstrate either academic merit with leadership capabilities or financial hardship. The scholarship is a one-off payment made during the first month of the placement, intended to help students gain valuable industry experience without financial burden.
