Lois E. and John T. Schneider Peace Memorial Scholarship

The Lois E. and John T. Schneider Peace Memorial Scholarship is available to students at North Dakota State University (NDSU) who are dedicated to positively impacting the lives of others. The award will go to a student who has exhibited interest in creating a more peaceful world and who has worked towards the well-being of mankind. Applicants must be a junior or senior at time of disbursement, with a cumulative 3.0 GPA or higher. Preference will be given to candidates who meet one or more of the following criteria: career interest of serving in the U.S. Peace Corps after graduation; contributor to or staff of the Spectrum and/or an NDSU student senator; employed part-time; or current member of one of these NDSU organizations: NDSU Young Democratic Socialists of America or College Democrats. Students will be automatically considered based on their completed General Application through the NDSU scholarship portal.
