Lois Turnbull Postgraduate Scholarship

The Lois Turnbull Postgraduate Scholarship is designed to support women pursuing postgraduate research in agriculture or horticulture at Massey University. This scholarship was established with funds provided by Dr Lois V. Turnbull, a former Massey University agriculture student who was encouraged to undertake postgraduate studies because she received scholarship support. The scholarship provides up to $10,000 for one year to support a female student studying a master's degree or PhD with a focus on agriculture or horticulture. The scholarship aims to benefit agricultural or horticultural industries through supporting high-achieving female researchers. Recipients must be New Zealand citizens or permanent residents studying full-time at Massey University.
