About This Opportunity
The Arete Foundation's Long-Term Local Partnerships programme provides funding to charities in the North West of England that support young people who are at-risk of becoming, or currently are, NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training). The Foundation typically supports 2-3 local partnerships annually on a 2-year commitment basis. The programme aims to support organisations that wish to scale or strengthen their operational health. The Foundation prioritises organisations demonstrating tangible impact, employment, and education outcomes. Their preference is to provide funding for a programme or project in its entirety, or fund a majority share. With more than 80% of funding in the UK going to the top 3% of charities, this programme is specifically designed to help smaller regional charities continue or expand their vital work supporting vulnerable young people.
