About this opportunity
The Longwood Servers Scholarship Fund was established by the Residents of Longwood at The Pittsburgh Foundation to provide scholarships for dining room servers, dietary aides and utility workers at Longwood at Oakmont in Verona, Pennsylvania. The scholarship supports both traditional and non-traditional students who are attending or planning to attend an accredited college or technical school. Eligible applicants must be employed as dining room servers, dietary aides or utility workers at Longwood at Oakmont with at least 200 hours of service. Recipients must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 and can be graduating high school seniors or current undergraduate students. The scholarship provides financial support for vocational, technical trade schools, or 2- or 4-year college or university programs.
