About this opportunity
The Lorraine Courtrille Memorial Bursary is awarded to students who are First Nation, Inuit, or Métis people of Canada in accordance with the Constitution Act, 1982, Part 2, Section 35(2). The bursary is provided on the basis of financial need and involvement in the Indigenous community. This endowed fund was established through memorial donations from family and friends to honor Lorraine Courtrille's legacy and support Indigenous students pursuing their educational goals at the University of Alberta.
