Louis Desrochers Scholarship in Law

The Louis Desrochers Scholarship in Law is awarded to a student with superior academic achievement entering the first year of study for a Juris Doctorate at the University of Alberta Faculty of Law. Selection is based on academic standing, with preference given to students who demonstrate proficiency in the French language. This endowed scholarship was established by Louis Desrochers cr, LLD (Hon) QC and Marcelle Desrochers to support exceptional incoming law students. Recipients will be automatically considered based on their completed General Application through the University of Alberta's scholarship portal.
