Louis Greenbaum History Honors Research Award

The Louis Greenbaum History Honors Research Award is established to support rising seniors enrolled as majors in the Department of History at the University of Massachusetts Amherst who are writing an Honors Thesis. This award provides financial assistance to help students conduct their thesis research effectively. The fund may be used for various expenses including, but not limited to, travel to a research collection, the acquisition of research materials by the University Libraries, or expenses related to conducting and transcribing oral history interviews. The award supports students in conducting high-quality historical research and helps eliminate financial barriers to accessing necessary resources for their honors thesis work.
