Louise Trapp Entrance Scholarship in the Faculty of Mathematics

One scholarship, valued at up to $2,000, is awarded annually to an outstanding student entering first year of a program in the Faculty of Mathematics at the University of Waterloo. This entrance scholarship recognizes academic excellence and considers multiple factors including academic performance, the Admission Information Form (AIF), and contest results administered through CEMC (Centre for Education in Mathematics and Computing). The fund is made possible by a donation from the estate of Esther Jamieson. No separate application is required, as students are automatically considered for this award upon admission.
