LR and BA Browne Undergraduate Scholarship in Civil Engineering

The LR and BA Browne Scholarships in Civil Engineering is a $10,000 undergraduate scholarship to support students from New South Wales commencing an undergraduate degree in civil engineering at the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Sydney. Established in 2016, this scholarship is funded by a donation from the Estate of Betty Anne Browne. The scholarship is intended to help recent school leavers who demonstrate financial need to pursue their civil engineering studies. The scholarship is valued at $10,000 for one year and is paid in two equal instalments after the census date of each semester. Recipients must maintain a minimum Semester Average Mark of 65 each semester to continue receiving the scholarship and must remain residents of New South Wales for the duration of the scholarship.
