LSTM Future Leaders Scholarship (International)

The LSTM Future Leaders Scholarship is designed for international students from Low and Middle Income Countries (LMICs) who wish to pursue a full-time, on-campus master's programme at the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine. The scholarship provides a full tuition fee waiver to support emerging leaders in global health. Recipients must demonstrate their commitment to returning to an LMIC upon completion of their studies and articulate how their academic goals will contribute to reducing health inequality and providing health leadership in their communities. Applicants must already hold a conditional offer from LSTM for their preferred master's course. The application requires a personal statement of up to 700 words demonstrating LMIC nationality and domicile, academic goals and research interests, and the anticipated impact of studies on career development and health leadership. A refundable deposit of £2,000 is required by the specified deadline, which will be returned upon registration.
