Luckyday Scholars Program Scholarship

The Luckyday Scholars Program Scholarship is awarded to a select number of students by Mississippi State University's Luckyday Scholars Program. This scholarship assists young Mississippians in pursuing their goals of higher education by providing financial support and an immersive leadership development experience. Recipients receive $24,000 over four years ($6,000 per year) and participate in the comprehensive Luckyday Scholars Program, which includes living in Azalea Hall with fellow scholars during the first year, completing required coursework, and engaging in community service and programming. The scholarship targets high-achieving Mississippi high school graduates with demonstrated leadership skills, community involvement, and resilience. To remain eligible, scholars must maintain full-time enrollment, complete at least 10 hours of service each semester, attend programming meetings, and maintain a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA. This award may be stacked with the Freshman Academic Scholarship Package, providing additional financial support for qualified students.
