LUF - Lutfia Rabbani Scholarship Fund

This scholarship fund is intended for students who have demonstrated exceptional academic excellence and a strong motivation to promote Euro-Arab dialogue. The Lutfia Rabbani Foundation and the Leiden University Fund (LUF) established a partnership in 2018 to support exceptional talent from the MENA region. The collaboration emphasizes the importance of international scholarships as a tool to promote Euro-Arab dialogue. The Fund provides one scholarship annually to a master's student from an Arab country to attend a master's programme at Leiden University. The scholarship is available to students who have received an official letter of admission to a one-year Master's programme at Leiden University or students who are enrolled in the second year of a two-year Master's programme at Leiden University. This is not a full scholarship and does not cover all the recipient's expenses in the Netherlands, including travel and housing costs.
