Lyle S. Hallman Entrance Scholarship

Three scholarships, valued at up to $2,500 each, are awarded to outstanding students entering Kinesiology, Health Sciences or Public Health, and Recreation and Leisure Studies at the University of Waterloo. These awards have been made possible through a donation from the late Lyle S. Hallman, OC, LLD. Hallman was a major benefactor of the University of Waterloo, local philanthropist, and business leader. Selection is based on academic performance and demonstrated involvement in extracurricular, volunteer, or leadership activities at school and/or in the community. Applicants must complete the Faculty of Health Entrance Scholarships form available through the Waterloo applicant portal under the Awards and financial aid tab.
