Mackenzie May Memorial Award in Music

The Mackenzie May Memorial Award in Music is awarded to a student with satisfactory academic standing enrolled in any year of a Bachelor of Music in the Faculty of Arts at the University of Alberta. Selection is based on outstanding musicianship and proficiency demonstrated in vocal performance, as well as academic standing. Preference is given to students with community involvement related to music, music education, or music development of young people. This memorial award honors Mackenzie May and is funded annually by the family and friends of Mackenzie May.
