About this opportunity
This Scholarship was established by the School of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering in the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Sydney to support outstanding senior students to complete a high-level industrial project during a full-time six-month industry placement within the Major Industrial Project Placement Scheme (MIPPS). The scholarship provides $22,750 in financial support paid in equal monthly installments over the six-month placement period. The projects are established with academic involvement through associate supervision from the School of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, and the work undertaken incorporates all the curriculum requirements of the relevant courses. Participants will complete their studies in the usual time from first enrolment. Recipients must enroll in the required unit of study CHNG4203/CHNG5205 and maintain satisfactory performance on the industry project. The scholarship aims to provide students with practical industry experience while completing their degree requirements.
