Mama Lu Rising Star Science Entrance Scholarship

The Mama Lu Rising Star Science Entrance Scholarship is awarded to an Alberta resident with superior academic achievement entering an undergraduate degree program in the Faculty of Science at the University of Alberta within one year of completing high school. Selection is based on admission average. This scholarship was endowed by Dr. Benjamin Lu in memory of his mother, who in her lifetime assisted numerous girls who affectionately called her Lu Mama or Mama Lu.
