About This Opportunity

The Mandala Prize is part of the Student Achievement awards for a Law student enrolled in a Bachelor of Laws course at Swinburne University who has overcome hardship to succeed. This $2,000 prize is generously supported by Sharpe and Abel and other donors to Swinburne University. To be eligible, applicants must be continuing Swinburne students in Semester 1, 2026, enrolled in an eligible Bachelor of Laws degree (single or double), have completed a minimum of 100 credit points in LAW coded LLB units with a credit point average of at least 70. Applicants must provide evidence of educational disadvantage, which may include personal information and location, financial hardship, living with a disability or medical condition, or difficult family and life circumstances. Applicants must also submit a 2 minute video or 500 word personal statement addressing their commitment to study and career aspirations in law.
