Manhas & Brar Award for Excellence in Periodontology

The Manhas & Brar Award for Excellence in Periodontology is awarded to a student with satisfactory academic standing enrolled in the third year of a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Alberta. The award is given to students based on academic standing, with preference given to those who demonstrate excellence in periodontology. This award is provided through annual funds by Dr. Kulbir Manhas and Dr. Jaswinder Brar. Students are automatically considered for this award based on their completed General Application through the University of Alberta's scholarship system. The award is administered through the Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry.
