Marco Satyro Memorial Scholarship in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering

This scholarship honours Marco Satyro, a former professor in the Department of Chemical and Petroleum Engineering, and supports his commitment to undergraduate education in thermodynamics. The scholarship is offered annually to an undergraduate student enrolled in the Schulich School of Engineering majoring in Chemical Engineering or Oil and Gas Engineering. The award is based on academic merit and requires the student to have successfully completed ENCH 427 - Chemical Engineering Thermodynamics. The scholarship was established by the family, friends, and colleagues of Professor Marco Satyro to continue his legacy of supporting students in thermodynamics education.
