Margaret Berry MacLean Convocating Scholarship in Dental Hygiene

The Margaret Berry MacLean Convocating Scholarship in Dental Hygiene is awarded to students with superior academic achievement who are convocating (graduating) with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene at the University of Alberta. The scholarship is funded through endowed funds provided by the Estate of Margaret Berry MacLean, who was the founder of the Dental Hygiene program at the university. Selection for this scholarship is primarily based on academic standing, recognizing students who have demonstrated exceptional academic performance throughout their studies. Additionally, preference is given to students who have shown outstanding clinical performance during their coursework and practical training in the Dental Hygiene program. Students are automatically considered for this scholarship based on their completed General Application through the University of Alberta's scholarship portal. No separate application is required beyond completing the General Application when signed into the university's Academic Works system.
