Margaret Douglas Medical Scholarship

Bond University is committed to providing opportunities in tertiary education for Indigenous Australians, including an Indigenous pathway into its Medical Program. This scholarship covers 50% of school fees for the program which comprises a Bachelor of Medical Studies and Doctor of Medicine. The scholarship is exclusively available to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students who meet the Bond University Medical Program prerequisites. Selection criteria includes academic ability, psychometric testing, multi-mini interview (MMI), and Indigenous Community-Based Interview. The Indigenous pathway into the Bond University Medical Program is automatically initiated once applicants identify on their QTAC application form that they are of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent.
