Margaret Faulkner Memorial Scholarship

The Margaret Faulkner Memorial Scholarship is to be awarded annually to a student entering the final year of one of the programs in the Faculty of Nursing, University of Alberta site which leads to a BSc in Nursing degree. Recipients will be chosen on the basis of superior academic achievement with consideration being given to proficiency in the clinical area, involvement in professional and extracurricular activities and the potential for leadership in Nursing. This endowed scholarship was established by Mrs Isabelle Carson to support exceptional nursing students who demonstrate both academic excellence and strong clinical skills. The scholarship recognizes students who show promise as future leaders in the nursing profession through their involvement in professional activities and extracurricular engagement.
