About this opportunity
Margaret McNamara Education Grants (MMEG) is a Washington DC-based non-profit awarding education grants to female full-time students from developing countries who are at least 25 years old. The mission is empowering women who aspire to better the lives of women and children by supporting their higher education. The program provides $15,000 grants to eligible women pursuing higher education at accredited in-person academic institutions in the US and Canada. Recipients must be registered in an academic program, plan to be enrolled for at least one full academic semester after receiving the award, and graduate no later than three years after the award.
