About this opportunity
The Margee and Douglas Greenberg Research Fellowship is the first endowed fellowship for the Center for Advanced Genocide Research at USC Dornsife. This prestigious fellowship enables an advanced standing PhD candidate to spend up to a month in residence at the Center every year. The fellowship is the result of a generous gift from Margee and Douglas Greenberg and is awarded based on the originality of the proposal and the potential to make advancements in the field through the use of testimonies in the Visual History Archive. Fellows conduct research on topics related to genocide studies, Holocaust studies, and related fields, with particular emphasis on utilizing oral history testimonies and other resources available through USC Shoah Foundation's Visual History Archive. During their residency, fellows have access to the Center's resources, participate in the intellectual community, and present their research findings through public lectures.
