Marguerite Schumacher Spirit of Nursing Scholarship

The Marguerite Schumacher Spirit of Nursing Scholarship supports faculty members of the Red Deer Polytechnic Nursing Programs who are enrolled in a nursing graduate program at the Master's or PhD level. This scholarship is designed to support nursing professionals pursuing further professional development in a particular area or field of nursing, such as clinical specialty areas or ethics. The recipient will demonstrate a strong commitment and belief in the important role that compassion plays in nursing and nursing practice. The scholarship provides financial support to enhance professional development and academic advancement in the nursing field. Recipients are automatically considered based on their completed General Application through the Red Deer Polytechnic scholarships portal.
