About this opportunity
The Marie Pearman Educational Leadership Scholarship provides $10,000 to assist domestic students enrolled in postgraduate study or research in the Faculty of Arts and Education related to educational leadership at the University of Auckland. The Scholarship was established in 2022 and is funded by the estate of Marie Pearman, an alumna of the University who worked as a secondary school teacher and subsequently for the Monte Cecelia Trust. The intention of the Scholarship is to encourage and support students, particularly those who have demonstrated the potential to succeed but who are experiencing hardship or who may have been disadvantaged due to their personal circumstances, to undertake postgraduate study or research related to educational leadership.
