About this opportunity
The Marion Murray Walters Memorial Award is an endowed scholarship established by Dr. Keith Brownell and Mrs. Elizabeth Brownell of Calgary in memory of Mrs. Brownell's mother, Marion Murray Walters. This award is specifically designed to support students enrolled at the Augustana Campus of the University of Alberta.
The award is available to students who are Alberta residents with satisfactory academic standing and who are enrolled in the second, third, or fourth year of a Bachelor of Arts with a Specialization in Visual Art. Recipients are selected based on their academic standing as well as their demonstrated leadership abilities, community engagement, volunteerism, and involvement in extracurricular activities.
