Marion Railsback Webb Foreign Language Scholarship

The Marion Railsback Webb Foreign Language Scholarship is awarded to outstanding students majoring in World Languages and Culture at Eastern Illinois University. Recipients must demonstrate academic excellence with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and at least 3.5 in their major, along with completion of at least two upper-division courses. The scholarship recognizes students who show leadership in promoting the study of World Languages and Culture through participation in language clubs, tutoring, cultural events, and honor societies. This award is announced in the Spring semester and disbursed in both Fall and Spring semesters, supporting students who have at least one semester of study remaining after the award is made.
