Mark Barrow Education and Social Practice Scholarship

The Mark Barrow Education and Social Practice Scholarship is a $5,000 award for domestic or international students undertaking masters level research in the Faculty of Arts and Education at the University of Auckland. The scholarship supports students conducting a master's thesis or research portfolio that addresses issues related to social or educational inequality. Established in 2020, the scholarship is funded by Mark Barrow, who served as Dean of the Faculty of Education and Social Work from 2018 to 2024.
