Mark Robinson Scholarship in Accounting

The Mark Robinson Scholarship in Accounting is awarded to a part-time or full-time student with superior academic achievement entering the third or fourth year of study for a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting at the University of Alberta. Selection is based on completion of at least one senior level tax course (ACCTG 462, ACCTG 467, ACCTH 468) and demonstrated leadership through involvement in extra-curricular activities, volunteering, participation in charities or broader community services. This endowed scholarship was established by the partners at Deloitte and other friends and family of Mark Robinson to commemorate Mark's contribution as Managing Partner of the Canadian Tax Practice from 2001 to 2008.
