Mary Angeli Sell Scholarship for First-Generation Students

The Mary Angeli Sell Scholarship is open to full-time bachelor's degree students in the College of Letters & Science with demonstrated academic excellence and engagement in college activities to prepare for post-graduation opportunities. This scholarship specifically supports first-generation college students who have achieved a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 and are at junior or senior standing. Recipients must demonstrate financial need as shown on the FAFSA. The scholarship recognizes outstanding students who are actively engaged in preparing for their post-graduation careers and opportunities. Students are automatically considered through the Panther Scholarship Portal General Application and the College of Letters & Science Scholarships and Awards Application, with no separate application required. Awards are given in spring for the following school year.
