Mary Harbert Railsback Scholarship Fund

The Mary Harbert Railsback Scholarship Fund was established through The Mary Harbert Railsback Living Trust, with Mrs. Railsback bequeathing a portion of her trust to the Arizona Community Foundation of Sedona.
