About this opportunity
The Mary Jean Haug Memorial Award in Integrated Dietetics is awarded to students with satisfactory academic standing continuing in the Integrated Dietetic Internship component of the Bachelor of Science Nutrition and Food Science degree. Selection is based on academic standing. This award was established through annual funds by Margot Haug, in memory of her mother, Mary Jean Haug (neΓ© Hamilton) who graduated from the University of Alberta with a BSc in Household Economics in 1939 and became a dietitian. The award recognizes students pursuing integrated dietetics education at the University of Alberta and supports their continued studies in the nutrition and food science program.
