Mary Lynn O'Day Endowed Scholarship

The Mary Lynn O'Day Endowed Scholarship is awarded to students currently enrolled at or entering Tarrant County College who intend to pursue an associate degree or certificate of completion. The scholarship requires a minimum TCC GPA of 2.5, or high school equivalent for first-time TCC students, and enrollment in a minimum of 12 credit hours (or full-time enrollment as defined by the recipient's program) for the period of award. Preference is given to Birdville ISD graduates and students intending to transfer to a 4-year university after graduation from TCC and pursuing Mathematics or Education. The scholarship is renewable for the spring semester if a minimum semester GPA of 2.5 is achieved and a minimum of 12 credit hours (or full-time enrollment as defined by the recipient's program) are completed in the fall. The award amount varies and recipients are automatically considered based on their completed General Application.
