Mary MacKillop Scholarship

Established by the Sisters of St Joseph of the Sacred Heart, Queensland, through Australian Catholic University, to commemorate and honour the work of their foundress Mary MacKillop. This scholarship recognises and rewards undergraduate ACU students who can demonstrate support and involvement in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. The scholarship provides financial support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students who are enrolled full-time in any undergraduate degree at ACU Brisbane campus. Applications are assessed based on written statement, community service contributions and leadership, and academic merit. The scholarship awards approximately $4,000 for one year of study.
